Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in their original condition and packaging
  • Not show signs of damage, wear, or alteration

For hygiene reasons, used earrings cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used earrings
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at: support@gentleti.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief reason for the return

Our support team will respond within 3 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include clear photos of the issue, and we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund, including shipping if applicable

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
